All bags sold & shown are authentic. 

If you would like an Entrupy certificate, please check out for the Entrupy listing when purchasing your bag.

Please ensure your mailing address is correct BEFORE checking out, items are shipped quickly and mailed out even quicker, we may not be able to change the shipping address prior to the item leaving the store. 

When mailing your return, please make sure your items are securely packaged.

We are not responsible for damaged or lost items.

Please include your packing slip with the items marked that are being returned to ensure your order is processed in a timely manner.

For an item to be considered for a return it would need to be in new, unwashed, unworn, tag on condition. 

We recommend videoing the opening of ALL packages, especially packages that are damaged in transit. 

We doubt this will be an issue as we do our best to provide the most detailed sizing descriptions, but we do understand things happen. Our biggest concern is making sure your experience with us is an AMAZING one!

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Welcome to the House of Bella Sweepstakes. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of House of Bella, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.

1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by House of Bella, located in Louisiana, United States.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, affiliates, immediate family members, and persons living in the same household as the Sponsor may be excluded from entry or winning at the Sponsor’s discretion.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on date posted
Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

All times are based on Central Time unless otherwise stated.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

A. Purchase Entry

Eligible customers will receive the number of entries stated on the applicable promotional post, product page, or offer during the Sweepstakes Period.

B. Free Entry Method

To enter without making a purchase, an entrant must submit the no-cost entry form at https://forms.gle/ntD61rExDBZygK4T9 during the Sweepstakes Period.

Limit one (1) free entry per person per Sweepstakes, unless a different limit is clearly stated on the applicable promotion.

No mechanically reproduced, automated, bulk, or third-party entries are permitted.

5. Equal Odds / No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the odds of winning.
All eligible entries are included in the random drawing in accordance with these Official Rules.

6. Prize

The prize for each Sweepstakes will be described on the applicable promotional page, product page, or announcement post.

Prize details may include:

Description of prize

Approximate retail value (“ARV”)

Any shipping limitations

Any exclusions or restrictions

Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing may be conducted live on Sponsor’s social platform, recorded, or conducted off-platform at Sponsor’s discretion.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at entry or announced on Sponsor’s platform.

If a selected winner:

cannot be contacted,

fails to respond within 24 hours

is found to be ineligible, or

does not comply with these Official Rules,

Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner.

9. Shipping and Delivery

If the prize is shipped, Sponsor will ship to a valid U.S. address provided by the winner.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

inaccurate shipping information supplied by the winner,

carrier delays,

lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages after shipment.

Any taxes, fees, or other costs associated with receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise required by law.

10. Disqualification / Anti-Tampering

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who, in Sponsor’s sole discretion:

tampers with the entry process,

uses automated means or multiple identities to enter,

submits false or misleading information,

attempts to interfere with the fairness or operation of the Sweepstakes, or

violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, platform issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its owners, affiliates, agents, and representatives from and against any claim, liability, loss, injury, damage, or expense arising out of or related to:

participation in the Sweepstakes,

acceptance or use of any prize, or

any typographical, technical, or administrative errors in the promotion or administration of the Sweepstakes.

12. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, first name and last initial, city/state, social media handle, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

13. Platform Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.
By entering, entrants understand they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

14. Privacy

Any information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor for the administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable privacy practices.

15. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, and entrants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages except where prohibited by law.
